Terms of Service

By using EXIF Guard ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.

The Service

EXIF Guard removes metadata from and analyses image files in your browser. The free tier permits up to 50 images per month. Paid tiers raise these limits and add features as described on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process content you have no right to handle, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or to resell it without a written agreement. You are responsible for the images you process.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to strip all metadata and flag anomalies accurately, we do not warrant that every possible hidden field or payload will be detected. For high-stakes use, verify outputs independently. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXIF Guard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
